Registered Nurse – Med Surg
We are seeking several dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in the Med Surg department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy, with experience in medical-surgical nursing and dementia care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical examinations, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical-surgical nursing practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Proficient in performing physical examinations, gastric lavage, and suturing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Behavioral Health Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be a part of the multidisciplinary psychiatric treatment team. The PCC is directly involved with psychiatric inpatients, completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plan development, contact with family and collateral supports and arranging all aspects of the aftercare disposition. The PCC additionally provides therapeutic support to patients in both individual and group therapy formats.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psych, Counseling, Social Work on related field

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong understanding of adult, child and adolescent DSM V treatment.
